The New Old Vermonters perform original Americana, folkthatrocks, and fiddle tunes.

Spencer Lewis’ old timey ballads and anthems are sung alongside raucous, home-made fiddle tunes. Add the fabled cannon of lost songs from Jared Barkan, Spencer’s songwriting buddy from the 70’s. Harmonies abound with Spencer on guitar, violin, fiddle; Justin Park on mandolin, guitar; Mark Burds on guitar, banjo and slide guitar. There are always a few surprises with instrumental jams and some nuggets from a repertoire featuring the unheralded and obscure.

Performance will be outside in the Recreation Field. In case of inclement weather, the concert will move indoors to the Plainfield Opera House where entry requires proof of vaccination and masked at all times. .
